Students are generally admitted in the Pre-Primary Section at the beginning of the term.
A student who joins the school must provide a xerox copy of the original birth
certificate or original leaving certificate in support of the details entered in the
admission form.
The original School leaving certificate must be submitted and in case of students coming
from outside Gujarat, it must be countersigned by the District Education Officer, of the
respective place.
Students coming from foreign country have to submit living certificate countersigned by
Indian Embassy and true copy of passport.
Age Criteria (Pre-Primary to Grade-I)
Age of the child as on 31st May.
Pre-School :3 Years
Prep - I :Above 4 years.
Prep - II : Attended Prep-I / Jr. K.G & should be above 5 years
Grade-I : Above 6 years.
For any other query meet the Principal along with the birth certificate.
Documents to be submitted along with admission form. Parents are requested to bring the
original documents as well as
the child at the time of submission of the form.
Submission of the duly filled admission form along with signature & stamp of General
Physician to certify General
Fitness of the child within 5 days from the day of issuing of the admission form with 3
coloured Passport size
photographs & one stamp size photo of both parents for parents I-Card.
For Pre School & Prep - I : Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Govt. Approved), bring original for verification.
For Prep - II : Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Govt. approved), Bonafied certificate and result of the present school. Bring original for verification.
For Grade-I : Attested Xerox copy of the Govt. approved Birth Certificate (Produce original Birth Certificate for verification), Bonafide Certificate/ Result of Prep-II / Sr. K.G.
For Grade-II to IX Bonafide Certificate / Original School Leaving and Xerox copy of the result of last examination.
For Grade-XI : Xerox copy of the Grade-X (S.S.C. )Mark Sheet, Original School Leaving Certificate and Migration Certificate.
